Concept

"QUINTOCANTO" means "the fifth street corner."
This ristorante adorns the corner of the Daibiru-Honkan building, which also has a beautiful Taisho era neo-Romanesque design. As you enter the restaurant from the classic exterior, you will find yourself in a modern space. The cuisine is Cucina Creativa, which follows Italian traditions and regional characteristics while reinventing them with the chef's skill and sensibility.

"Cucina Creativa" is a modern interpretation of the local cuisine, not as it is, but by unraveling the classic dishes. It cannot be achieved without a deep knowledge of the local food culture. Original cuisine with the Italian sensibility = Creation based on an understanding of local cuisine (food culture).

In a classic exterior and a modern interior, the restaurant will present the latest in Italian cuisine with cucina creativa (creative dishes) using the finest ingredients, based on the tradition and regionality of Italian cuisine, while making full use of temperature, texture, and aroma.
